The working principle of the crusher utilizes the high-speed relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc, which enables the crushed material to be crushed through a combination of toothed disc impact, friction, and material impact with each other. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main machine, and the particle size can be obtained by changing the sieve mesh with different hole diameters.
Instructions for using the crusher
1. After the machine is in place, it must be placed steadily and fixed with foot screws.
2. Before testing, the interior of the machine should be cleaned and the front cover should be locked with a star shaped handle.
3. After connecting the power supply, pay attention to the sequence and rotate the spindle in the direction shown.
4. During the test drive, attention should be paid to whether there is any abnormal noise from the machine, in order to stop and check in a timely manner.
5. Install storage bags in the discharge hopper.
